    The Graduate School One Health-Emerging Infectious Diseases (1H-EID) is led by Université Paris Cité, in partnership with the Institut Pasteur, the National Veterinary School of Alfort (EnvA) and Sorbonne Université. It is laureate of the 2nd call « Compétences et Métiers d’Avenir » (AMI-CMA) 2022, financed by the “France 2030” investment plan.

    1H-EID offers a high level, research based, multidisciplinary educational program with a One Health approach (fundamental and translational virology, bacteriology, parasitology, genomics, epidemiology, ecology, veterinary and social sciences), to future researchers, health professionals and policy makers in the field of (re)emerging infectious diseases.

• The researchers of IAME are also involved in various teaching courses.

    In the Paris Diderot ( and Paris Nord ( Medical schools, they participate all along the medical curriculum to courses in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biostatistics, Evolution, Ethics as well as courses in various fields of medicine such as Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases and Intensive Care Medicine.

    Jeremie Guedj and Emmanuelle Comets are teaching a course of Pharmacometrics at the “Ecole National de la Statistique et de l’Analyse de l’Information” (, an engineer school in statistics.

    We are organising a M2 module “Microbial Genetics” common to both the Master “Sciences et Applications, Infectiologie : microbiologie, virologie, immunologie” of Universities Paris Descartes, Paris 6 and Paris Diderot ( and the Master “Sciences et Techniques, Génétique” of Universities Paris Descartes and Paris Diderot (
