Research interest

Acting as a research engineer at the « IAME » laboratory, especially with QEM team allows me to be involved in research studies directed by Olivier Tenaillon and Alejandro Couce. We particularly focus our investigations on the Lenski long term evolution lines and hypermutators, for that purpose, we combine three approaches : expérimental evolution, comparative genomics and population genetics. Moreover, i’m developing the bacterial CRISPR-cas9 system.
