Research interest
In my PhD project I am working on understanding different aspects of antibiotic tolerance in bacteria using different experimental and computational tools.
Previously I have been studying mathematics, physics and computer science and I have done some internships on segmentation of electron microscopy images, on modelisation of a specific biological system and on expression and purification of a rhodopsin.
