Research interest
I am a researcher at Inserm IAME-UMR1137, PreViST team. With a university education in applied mathematics and epidemiology and a PhD in biomathematics, my research themes focus on the modeling of chronic liver disease, especially infectious and liver diseases, aimed at evaluating the epidemiological, clinical and economic impact of public health interventions. Mainly focused on hepatitis C in the past, my projects are now focused on hepatitis B (H2020 IP -Cure-B, https://ipcureb.eu/principal-investigators/; ANRS CACHB), IST (ANRS EvaDep'IST), alcohol-related liver disease (IReSP ModAlc-DOM & PRHep-Alc), and Metabolic dysfunction–associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) / Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) (RHU PreciNASH, https://anr.fr/ProjetIA-16-RHUS-0006).
